By accessing or using the SAT 1600 website (sat1600.io) and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

SAT 1600 provides Digital SAT preparation tools and study resources through our website, as well as AI-powered explanation features through our mobile application. Our tools include score calculators, practice questions, and Bluebook-format mocks.

Accuracy of Information

Our score calculators use approximate Digital SAT conversion tables on the 400–1600 scale. Actual SAT scores may vary. AI feedback is provided for practice purposes and does not guarantee any specific exam result. SAT 1600 is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (practice responses, etc.). By submitting content for AI feedback, you grant us a limited license to process the content for the purpose of providing the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI feedback systems
• Scrape or automatically extract data from our website
• Share your account credentials with others
• Submit content that infringes on others' intellectual property

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the SAT 1600 website and app are owned by SAT 1600 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. SAT and Digital SAT are registered trademarks of the College Board.

Limitation of Liability

SAT 1600 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to exam results, data loss, or service interruptions.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
